Perhaps the most savage dunker in NBA history, Shawn Kemp possessed an insane mix of physicality and athleticism that made him one of the league’s best forwards in the 90’s. Basically, Kemp was Zion before there was a Zion. Though Kemp was a star on the court, making six straight All-Star games from 1993-98, his life off the court didn’t go as smoothly. Kemp has been arrested for drug possession on multiple occasions, and fathered several children during his playing career. Kemp last appeared in the NBA in 2003, and retired from the game for good after a brief playing stint in Italy in 2008. Most recently, Kemp owned and operated a nightclub in Seattle.
